This traditional Thai wooden house with private pool and tropical garden is located on a flat coconut palm plot, less than 5 minutes drive from Thong Sala.
The villa has a large living room, open plan kitchen, very comfortable dining area, a large hallway, 3 bedrooms and 1 bathroom house of 117 m² + terrace of 30 m². Room 3 has direct access to the terrace.
The area is quiet and central, easy to walk everywhere on the island. Minimart, laundry and bakery near the house.
There is a restaurant opposite the villa, otherwise there are numerous bars and restaurants within 5-10 minutes by scooter.

WHY DETOXIFY THE BODY?
The need to become more active again and do more for your own well-being is growing. The word detoxification is often used in this context. A detoxification cure is intended to support the body's own detoxification process, eliminate harmful substances and stimulate the metabolism. Pollutants are now omnipresent and enter our bodies through food, water, air, clothing, furniture and cosmetics.
DETOX with high-quality mineral rock, microalgae, colloids, ginger...
The microalgae can make an excellent contribution to detoxification and alleviate the harmful effects of the toxic heavy metals that affect our bodies on a daily basis. DETOX YOGA
Whatever the reason why you want to detoxify your body: detox yoga is yoga for cleansing and detoxifying the body. With detox yoga, you can get your digestion going and rid your body of accumulated toxins. The yoga program has been specially tailored to the detoxification and digestive organs, especially the liver, kidneys and intestines, which are most important for detoxification and digestion. It revitalizes the associated energy pathways. During the relaxation exercises, you learn to listen to yourself and feel what you want to let go of and what is good for you.

The water you drink at our retreat is rare, it is just as important as the medicine. Our water is treated, distilled, energized with special crystal stones and charged with the healing frequency 528 Hz to accelerate the healing process.

YOGA/FITNESS/PHYSIOTHERAPY - THE THERAPEUTIC
Therapeutic yoga/detox yoga comprises techniques and practices that support the body in dealing with physical ailments such as tension, pain and - to a certain extent - injuries. The aim is to release blockages and free the body from unpleasant sensations. Yoga keeps the fascia on its toes and makes it supple. Flowing movements stretch the muscles and deeper connective tissue, freeing blocked energy pathways. The exercises also improve posture and thus prevent pain. Using a mixture of yoga and physiotherapy, targeted exercises and techniques are used to improve the mobility of joints and muscles. Yoga has positive effects on mobility, strengthening of the supporting muscles and general well-being, among other things. Combined with meditation and relaxation, yoga also has a positive effect on stress-related symptoms, obesity and pain symptoms.
We also offer the option of practicing Hatha/Vinyasa and Power/Fitness Yoga.
BREATHING WORK - PRANAYAMA / WIM HOF
PRANAYAMA can help to reduce stress and expand lung capacity. Our breath plays a crucial role in the overall human system. How we breathe affects the body and our psyche. In short, yogic breathing exercises help us to find our way back to natural breathing. “Prana” means energy, ‘ayama’ means ‘control’. With the help of breathing exercises, we learn to consciously perceive and control our breath again - and thus activate our life energy and get it flowing.
WIM HOF breathing trains our body to cope better with stress. Wim Hof breathing is based on the principle of hyperventilation. This means that your rapid and deep breaths cause more oxygen to accumulate in the blood. The proportion of carbon dioxide decreases. Breathing influences the autonomic nervous system, which is responsible for the unconscious control of vital bodily processes. Specifically, it activates the sympathetic nervous system, which puts you in a state of readiness to perform.
