These Terms and Conditions (T&C) govern the use of the website wellness-yogaprana.com as well as the booking and delivery of services provided by Wellness Yoga Prana (hereinafter referred to as "the provider" or "we").
By using our website and booking our services, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.
Wellness Yoga Prana offers individually tailored yoga retreats worldwide, yoga classes, yoga therapy, children’s yoga, breathwork, sound bowl healing, massages by therapists, and various natural health products. Detailed descriptions of all offerings can be found on our website.
The services offered by Wellness Yoga Prana are intended, depending on the nature of the respective service, for children, adolescents and adults of different age groups.
Individual services may be tailored to specific age groups or individual needs. The applicable target group and any specific requirements are set out in the respective service description.
Bookings for our services can be made via our website, by email, by phone or by individual arrangement.
A booking becomes binding once it has been confirmed in writing by Wellness Yoga Prana.
For wellness and yoga retreats as well as multi-day trips, a deposit of 30% of the total travel price is due at the time of booking.
The remaining 70% of the travel price must be paid no later than 60 days before the start of the trip.
If a booking is made less than 60 days before the start of the trip, the full travel price is due at the time of booking.
For other services offered by Wellness Yoga Prana, the payment terms specified at the time of booking or in the respective service description apply.
Depending on the service and individual arrangement, payments can be made by bank transfer, TWINT, PayPal or in cash.
Once the booking has been completed, the client will receive a booking confirmation containing the essential details of the booked service and the applicable payment deadlines.
Cancellations and refunds are subject to the provisions set out under Section 6 “Cancellation Policy”.
Participation in the services offered by Wellness Yoga Prana is undertaken under the customer’s own personal responsibility.
The customer is responsible for ensuring that they have adequate insurance coverage. For trips and retreats, we particularly recommend taking out travel insurance, travel cancellation insurance, accident insurance and health insurance with sufficient international coverage.
Wellness Yoga Prana accepts no liability for personal belongings, luggage, valuables, or independently arranged travel to and from the retreat, to the extent permitted by law.
Wellness Yoga Prana is liable for damages only within the scope of mandatory legal provisions. Liability for damages resulting from failure to follow instructions, improper participation, or circumstances beyond the control of Wellness Yoga Prana is excluded to the extent permitted by law.
Cancellation by the Client
Cancellations must be submitted in writing by email. The date on which Wellness Yoga Prana receives the cancellation will determine the applicable cancellation period.
The following cancellation terms apply to retreats and multi-day trips:
a) 60 days or more before the start of the trip:
Free cancellation and a full refund of all payments already made.
b) 45–59 days before the start of the trip:
Refund of 75% of the total travel price.
c) 30–44 days before the start of the trip:
Refund of 50% of the total travel price.
d) Less than 30 days before the start of the trip or in the event of a no-show:
No refund of the travel price will be provided.
Illness or Personal Circumstances
Illness, accident or other personal circumstances affecting the client generally do not alter the cancellation terms set out above.
We therefore strongly recommend taking out travel cancellation insurance.
Replacement Participant
If the client is unable to participate in the booked retreat, a suitable replacement participant may be proposed, subject to prior agreement with Wellness Yoga Prana.
The replacement participant must meet any requirements applicable to the respective offer, and the change must be accepted by the service providers involved.
Any additional costs actually incurred as a result of the change may be charged to the client.
Non-Refundable Services and Special Conditions
In individual cases, certain accommodation or other services may be subject to special non-refundable booking conditions, for example in the case of exclusively reserved villas or individually agreed special arrangements.
If the client has been expressly informed of such different cancellation conditions before completing the booking, these special conditions will take precedence for the services concerned, to the extent permitted by law.
Minimum Number of Participants and Cancellation by Wellness Yoga Prana
Unless otherwise stated in the respective offer, retreats are subject to a minimum of 3 paying participants.
If the minimum number of participants is not reached, Wellness Yoga Prana reserves the right to cancel the retreat. Any such cancellation will be made no later than 60 days before the start of the retreat.
In this case, all payments already made for the respective retreat will be refunded in full.
If a retreat has to be cancelled by Wellness Yoga Prana for other reasons, all payments already made for the respective retreat will also be refunded in full. Any further claims will be governed by the applicable legal provisions.
Extraordinary and Unavoidable Circumstances
If extraordinary and unavoidable circumstances arise that significantly affect or prevent the operation of a retreat, Wellness Yoga Prana will inform the affected clients as soon as possible.
In such cases, any cancellation, refund, modification or cancellation of the retreat will be governed by the applicable legal provisions.
60 days or more before the retreat: Full refund (100%) of the retreat price.
45–59 days before the retreat: 75% refund of the retreat price.
30–44 days before the retreat: 50% refund of the retreat price.
Less than 30 days before the retreat or in case of no-show: No refund.
Special terms for package deals or last-minute accommodations (e.g., exclusive villas):
In individual cases – particularly with custom villa bookings or special conditions – cancellations may no longer be possible.
If this is explicitly stated before booking, no refund can be claimed in the event of cancellation or no-show.
Cancellations by the provider:
In the unlikely event that a retreat or trip must be canceled by Wellness Yoga Prana, the full retreat fee will be refunded.
Further claims (e.g., for travel expenses already incurred) are excluded.
Wellness Yoga Prana treats personal data confidentially and in accordance with applicable data protection regulations.
Personal data is collected and processed only to the extent necessary, in particular for handling enquiries, booking and providing our services, processing payments, and communicating with customers.
The data processed may include, in particular, name, contact details, booking and payment information, as well as other information required to provide the booked service.
Where necessary for the booking or provision of a service, personal data may be shared with carefully selected service providers and contractual partners, such as payment service providers, accommodation partners, transfer providers, or other partners involved in providing the booked service.
