On Saturday, October 5, 2025 we will hold a YOGA trial lesson for children with 2 yoga teachers at 10:15 am in the GZ Witikon, on the top floor. One of the two teachers is also a therapist and Kids Yoga teacher, the other is a breath and meditation coach.
