11:30 – Sound Journey & Deep Relaxation
A guided sound bath with Tibetan singing bowls, designed to bring body, mind and energy back into harmony.
The gentle vibrations support deep relaxation, ease inner tension, and invite emotional release.
11:45 – Closing with Tea & Sharing
We conclude with a shared cup of tea and, for those who wish, a short sharing circle to reflect on your experience – or simply enjoy the silence together.

60 minutes for body awareness, inner focus & gentle clarity
In this mindful session, we combine therapeutic yoga with conscious breathwork – to release tension, calm the mind, and let energy flow more freely.
The session ends with a short sound integration (e.g., singing bowl or Koshi chime) to deepen the effect and gently bring you back into the present moment.
