THE ACCOMMODATION
The cottage is located in a quiet area surrounded by forest and green hills and is only five minutes away from the beach and the beautiful coral reefs of Amed. It is located in Ameds' Hill. It is also a “Yoga and Wellness Resort” with beautiful bungalows and rooms set around a lovely swimming pool in a lush tropical garden. It has a restaurant, a spa and a yoga shala. It is an ideal place for people who want to stay away from the noisy village of Amed and enjoy a quiet and very relaxing place.

BREATHING WORK - PRANAYAMA / WIM HOF
PRANAYAMA can help to reduce stress and expand lung capacity.
Our breath plays a crucial role in the overall human system. How we breathe affects our body and our psyche. Yogic breathing exercises help us to find our way back to natural breathing. “Prana” means energy, ‘ayama’ means ‘control’. With the help of breathing exercises, we learn to consciously perceive and control our breath again - and thus activate our life energy and get it flowing.
Through WIM HOF breathing, we train our body to cope better with stress. Wim Hof breathing is based on the principle of hyperventilation. This means that your fast and deep breaths cause more oxygen to accumulate in the blood. The proportion of carbon dioxide decreases. Breathing influences the autonomic nervous system, which is responsible for the unconscious control of vital bodily processes. Specifically, it activates the sympathetic nervous system, which makes you ready to perform.
It is so important to reintegrate correct breathing into your life.
DETOX-YOGA
Detox yoga is yoga to cleanse and detoxify the body. With detox yoga, you can get your digestion going in a targeted way and rid the body of accumulated “toxins”. The yoga program is specially designed for the detoxification and digestive organs, especially the liver, kidneys and intestines, which are most important for detoxification and digestion. MEDICAL / THERAPEUTIC YOGA
Therapeutic yoga / detox-yoga comprises techniques and practices that help the body to physical ailments such as tension, pain and - to a certain extent - injuries. The aim is to release blockages and free the body from unpleasant sensations. Yoga keeps the fascia on its toes and makes it supple. Flowing movements stretch the muscles and deeper connective tissue in flowing movements, freeing blocked energy pathways.
The exercises also improve mobility and posture and thus prevent pain. Using a mixture of yoga and physiotherapy, targeted exercises and techniques are used to improve the mobility of joints and muscles. Yoga has positive effects on mobility, strengthening of the supporting muscles and general well-being.

The meditations take place before or after dinner.
Workshops are organized such as pranayama, quantum physics, facial yoga, lymphatic drainage of the face. They usually take place at 10:30 am, but not every day.
The exact days of the workshops will be announced on arrival.
